2020 season updated information

Baseball and Softball games are probably the furthest thing from your minds, but we wanted to send out an update on what the league’s contingency plans are for the season. These plans have been thought out, but please remember this is a very fluid situation and we may have to make changes that are not in this communication. As it sits right now, we are taking into consideration information from our local school districts, PONY Baseball, USA Softball, CDC as well as federal, state and local governments. Our recommendation to suspend athletic activities until further notice will stand until significant information presents itself to the contrary.
Due to varying degrees of speculation in terms of the length of this situation, we have laid out several contingency plans that will allow the kids to have a season. If we cannot start on April 20, we have plans in place for a Mid-May start date, a June start date and another option should this last even further into the summer. Without going into great detail about how this will all work, please rest assured that we’ve made the best decisions possible with the information we have right now.
